All Malaysia citizens, Permanent Residents and expatriates (holding valid employment or work passes), having a valid reason to employ a Foreign Domestic Worker (FDW) at their residence, are eligible to apply but subject to JTK and KDN approval. For expatriate employers, they must declare that their family members are living with them upon application.
Yes, rest assured that we only supply maid with legal status and approved by Malaysia immigration department and Ministry of Human Resources.
A large portion of the fee is allocated to foreign maid agency in their home country. The fees also to pay for a maid application expenses: Indonesia Embassy Contract, Medical Check Up Fomema, Levy Permit Application, Transportation to Employer’s house, Insurance for 2 years and etc.

Husband and Wife to provide:
(i) Company Employment letter
(ii) Latest 3 months’ pay slips
(iii) Latest KWSP statement
(iv) Latest BE form
Self-Employed Status-
(i) Company Registration (Borang A,D or Form 24&49)
(ii) Latest 3 months’ pay slip
(iii) Latest KWSP statement
(iv) Latest B or BE form
You need to prepare
(i) Photocopy passport, Singapore NRIC or work permit
(ii) Company Employment Letter (Original) (stating position held and monthly salary & length of service, addressed to: Pengarah Jabatan Imigresen)
(iii) Latest 3 months’ pay slip and CPF statement
(iv) IR8A form or Income Tax Statement
(i) Child’s Birth Certificate (below 15 years old)
(ii) MyKid or MyKad
(iii) School’s letter for male child 16 & 17 years old only
(i) Photocopy of Elderly NRIC
(ii) Birth certificate of the employer
(iii) Letter of hospital if any
